Brief Description for Job:
Governance of training activities at partner or base location
Planning and execution of hiring ramps
Manpower planning to execute the training based on the forecast
New Hire batches and OJT
New Hire Batches Audits & OJT Performance
Certification/decertification and Trainer TTT
Refresher training
Bottom quartile management
TNI & Quality Drive through Training Inputs
Call Listening Activity
Knowledge Management
Knowledge accuracy metrics to be improved and maintained (KM Knowledge check and product knowledge test)
Mentoring the team members to deliver to their full potential
Strategize and derive TNI’s to enhance the L0 metrics
Partner Engagement & development
Regular Partner Reviews and meetings to adhere training metric
Driving dynamic Projects for business benefit
Facilitate and deliver soft skills sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders on business critical goals
Collaborate with people outside the function to onboard tools required for the program
Driving team requirements and deliverables
