Brief Description of Job:
Testbook is looking for Recruitment managers who will work closely with our team heads and recruiters to manage to source, interviewing, and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have an HR academic/professional background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. RM will be responsible for handling the entire hiring for his/her department. This is a mid-senior leadership role in recruitment with the potential to grow into a leadership role. RM will have the reporting of all the recruiters in his/her department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Expertise in steering the talent acquisition function by Owning the talent acquisition requirements of the organization and bringing in best practices
Build recruitment strategies to help acquire talent
Building pipelines and sourcing strategies for the entire department
Recognized for strong and decisive leadership and the ability to take challenges head-on and deliver solid and consistent performance
Work closely with the leadership team and close the positions within the stipulated time
Coordinating with various stakeholders and improving sourcing from time to time
Driving his/her team of recruiters to close profiles on time
