Translates requirements to stories and helps in story
grooming/refinement
Understands needs of business and helps business envision
the end product they need
Converts business requirements into IT functional and
technical specifications user stories and helps in story grooming/refinement
Making BRD.
Creates wireframes of mock-ups after requirement
finalization with business
Responsible for conducting Sprint demo with the whole Scrum
team and relevant business stakeholders
Refines and maintains the product backlog for product
families based on the prioritization done by the Product Manager
Ensures and validates that the technical team is
successfully developing the right application
Assists business in sorting out product families, guiding in
complexity management efforts, visualizing the product structure
Analyzes and develops deep knowledge in modeling of working
processes
Delivers inputs and suggests initiatives for continued
improvements of product/ application & engineering applications by in-house
IT
Performing gap analysis of the as-is v/s to-be processes
Be the voice of the Product Manager/ Business to the scrum
team & ensure that knowledge is distributed to the team effectively using
various tools
Work with the Software Architect and Technical lead to reach a solution adhering to a set of architectural principles
Analytically Strong, good communication & presentation
skills
Experience in working in Software development teams as a
business analyst
Should work with a structured approach and a planning
mindset
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid
relations
Can understand business objectives and requirements and
direct business towards feasible solutions
Demonstrates initiatives and a pro-active approach
Has the ability to work independently
Values and performs teamwork to accomplish common targets
and deliveries
Is keen and a fast learner, always ready to take on new
challenges
Keen ability to empathize with the business stakeholders
Knowledge of eGovernance.
