Employee Welfare: 

Manage, maintain and supervise factory canteen, etc.

Employee Relations - 

Maintain a positive and healthy Industrial Relations climate 

Recruitment:

HR Administration for Temporaries,  Induction, and department allocation for the temporaries.

SAP Administration :

Act as SAP Superuser for the department,  Defining position authorities on SAP
