01) Engine Driver
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-4 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Essential:
Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent and Certificate of competency asEngine Driver from a recognized Govt. Institute or equivalent.
Experience:
Desirable:
Two years service as Sarang on a vessel of over four hundred Boat Horsepower.

18 to 30 years
02) Sarang Lascar:
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-4 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Essential:
Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Govt. recognized Institute or equivalent.
Experience:
Desirable:
Two years of experience as Sarang in-Charge of a vessel of twenty Horsepower.

18 to 30 years.
03) Fire Engine Driver:
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-3 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Essential:
Matriculation pass from a recognized board or equivalent.
Possessing a heavy vehicle driving license with three years of experience in of driving heavy vehicles in any private or Government Organisation/ Institute.
Experience:
Desirable:
Experience with the use, maintenance, and operation of different types of Fire Fighting equipment and appliances
Experience of working in a regular civil or Defence Fire Brigade as a Fireman.

18 to 30 years.
04) Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Essential:
10th standard pass.
Must possess a valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).
Experience:
Desirable:
Should have at least two years of experience in driving motor vehicles.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
1 8 to 27 years.
05) Electrician/EIectricaI Fitter (Skilled):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification / Experience:
Essential:
Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/reputed workshop in the Electrician/ Electrical Fitter trade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme.
OR
Should have completed a training course in the Electrician/ Electrical Fitter trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience.
OR
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
Between 18 to 27 years.
06) Mechanical Fitter (Skilled) :
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix).
Educational Qualification / Experience:

Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/reputed workshop in the Mechanical Fitter trade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme.
OR
Should have completed the training course in the Mechanical Fitter trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience.
OR
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
Between 18 to 27 years.
07) Welder (Skilled):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification / Experience:
Essential:
Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/reputed workshop in the Welder trade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme.
OR
Should have completed the training course in the Welder trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience.
OR
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.

Between 18 to 27 years.
08) Turner (Skilled):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix).
Educational Qualification / Experience:
Essential:
Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/reputed workshop in the Turner trade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme.
OR
Should have completed the training course in the Turner trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience.
OR
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
Between 18 to 27 years.
09) Carpenter (Skilled):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix).
Educational Qualification / Experience:

Matriculation or equivalent.
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized/reputed workshop in the Carpentrytrade under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship Scheme.
OR
Should have completed the training course in the Carpentry trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1-year trade experience.
OR
4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institutions.
Should qualify for a trade entrance examination.

Between 18 to 27 years.
10) Forklift Operator:
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-2 in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification / Experience:
Essential:
Matriculation or equivalent.
Certificate in the respective trade from ITI or other recognized Institutions with not less than one year of experience in the trade.
OR
3 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in ITI or other recognized institutions.
Should possess heavy-duty vehicle driving license.
Desirable:
Knowledge of English.

Between 18 to 27 years.
11) Lascar:
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-I in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards.
Experience:
Three years experience in service on Boat.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
18 to 30 years.
12) MTS (Peon):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-I in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation or equivalent pass.
Experience:
Two years of experience as an office attendant.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
18 to 27 years.
13) Unskilled Labourer:
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-I in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards
or
ITI from recognized institutes.
Experience:
Three years experience in the trade.
Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
18 to 27 years.
14) MTS (Mali):
(General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial in Pay Level-I in the pay matrix)
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation or equivalent pass.
Experience:
Two years of experience as Mali in any nursery or organization

Age Limit: (Age relaxation applicable)
18 to 27 years.
How to Apply.
01) Application form should be filled either in English or Hindi as per the prescribed format given in Annexure-I.
02) The application with duly affixed self-attested color photograph should be accompanied by xerox copies of the documents listed below, duly self-attested with name and date.
03) No original certificates are to be forwarded along with the application form:-
(a) Valid Photo ID proof
(b) Matriculation or equivalent mark sheet and certificate
(c) 12th/UG/PG/Diploma mark sheet and certificate as per the essential eligibility
(d) Latest Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) for reserved category candidates Experience certificate
NOC from the employer for presently serving in any Govt organization
(g) Two latest passport-size colour photographs
(h) Applicants are to enclose a separate blank envelope with an Rs. 50/- postal stamp (pasted on the envelope) addressed to themselves with the application
