About the Organization:
NIBM is the apex Institution for research, training, and consultancy in banking and finance located at Kondhwe Khurd, Pune. The Institute provides advanced training in Banking and Finance to Officers/Executives of Banks and conducts Research in Banking and Finance.
NIBM also conducts a Two Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Banking and Financial Services) which is recognized by the AICTE. The Institute offers Online Certification courses in a few specialized areas for working professionals in Banks/Financial Institutions etc.

Age Limit:
Preferably not more than 40 years.
It can be relaxed in the case of exceptional, deserving candidates with relevant experience.
Job Duration:
The appointment will be offered on a two-year renewable contract with Probation for a period of initial six months.
The contract may be extended subject to a satisfactory review of performance and the requirement of the Institute, to be decided by NIBM.
Remuneration:
An all-inclusive consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 45,000/-.
Higher pay may be considered for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.
Educational Qualifications:
The candidate should have completed a 3 /4-year degree/diploma course in Hospitality/Hotel Management from reputed colleges/institutions
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills required:
01) Knowledge of multi-cuisine food and beverages
02) Able to remain calm and in control in difficult situations
03) Able to work as part of a team
04) Willing to work into late hours/split duty hours
05) Well-versed with MS Office – Word & Excel
06) Interpersonal skills and administrative ability
07) Willing to take initiative, be responsible & having a practical outlook
08) Good written and oral communication in English and Hindi and fluency in a local language preferred.
