MBA or equivalent degree in HR
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance
Skilled Need:
Preparing various HR letters including offer letters, internship letters, relieving letters, absconding & termination letters etc
HRIS updating, New joiner employee code creation
Providing HRIS training to new joiners & existing employees
Tracking of employee probation & confirmation and issuing letters pertaining to it
Increment & salary restructuring letters processing
Employee attendance management
Shift & roaster management
Taking care of end to end payroll
Must have experience of processing payroll for more than 1000 employees
Must have worked on payroll software & having understating of running payroll on it
Employee salary slip releasing
Good knowledge of Income tax, PF, PT, ESIC Challans, Labour welfare fund, Bonus, Gratuity and other compliance
Processing of reimbursement & claims
Employee’s full & final settlements
Documentations of entire payroll processing
In depth knowledge of employee medical insurance & claim processing
Hands on experience of working on excel
