About the Position:
The company is looking for a customer support superstar to join the company team as KYC/ATO Support Specialist. This role is not just about answering chats quickly or taking tickets, this role is really about providing a “WOW” level of service to the company's global customer base. The company wants a candidate who is not just a script reader but a fast-acting problem solver.
The company is a global financial super app, so it is necessary and mandatory for the company to be available 24/7. This sometimes means working nights and weekends. The company will compensate the candidate for night shifts, but this is still not for everyone. So candidates please keep this in mind before applying.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent - a recent university degree is welcome!
Required Skilled:
01) Good knowledge of the English language.
02) Good knowledge of the Hindi language.
03) Excellent communication skills are required.
04) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required
05) Having self-learning, problem-solving skills, and preparation.
06) Possess strong writing skills and good numeracy and IT skills.
Matters such as Priority:
01) Previous customer support experience is preferred.
02) Multiple languages are good.
Job Responsibilities:
01) Assisting all company users in their onboarding experience through live chat within the company application.
02) Properly analyzing KYC documents and processing the data they contain
03) Candidates must always represent the online revolution.
04) Collaborate with other teams in London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to solve problems for the company's customers
