About the Position:
The company is looking for a good and skilled KYC Support Team Leader.
Someone who understands what it takes to motivate and lead a team. The company needs someone who can develop a strong foundation for the company's operations and innovate ways to scale quickly and easily.
Required Skilled:
01) Good knowledge of the English language.
02) People management experience and skills to ensure the team is working effectively where required.
03) Ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. and completing work before tight deadlines.
04) Excellent ability to communicate positively, effectively, and efficiently with various internal teams, external consultants, and regulators.
Matters such as Priority:
01) Good working knowledge of SQL (Probably at a basic level)
02) Relevant experience in KYC in a large financial institution is preferred. (preferably international)
Job Responsibilities:
01) Managing a team of 10 to 15 KYC analysts.
02) By managing the day-to-day performance of employees, and ensuring adherence to SLA expectations. (eg quality and productivity)
03) Conduct regular one-to-one, team meetings, and performance reviews.
04) Playing a challenging strategy in terms of continuous innovation.
05) To raise awareness of abnormal trends in performance, team, attitude, and other management parameters
06) Strive to go above and beyond the role by taking ownership of difficult issues, consistently seeking appropriate solutions to ongoing issues, and being a great workplace leader.
