01) Junior Translation Officer (JTO)
The Number of Posts:

Pay / Salary:
Pay: ₹ 35,400/-
(Cell No. 1 in the Level 6 of Pay Matrix)
Plus DA & other allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees.
Minimum Qualification:
Essential:
Masters' Degree from a recognized University in Hindi/English,
With English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level.
(OR)
Master's Degree from a recognized University in any subject,
With Hindi and English as the main subjects at the degree level.
(OR)
Master's Degree from a recognized University in any subject in Hindi/English medium,
And English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level.
(OR)
Master's Degree in Hindi /English or in any other subject with Hindi/English medium,
With English/Hindi as a main subject or a medium of examination at the degree level.
(OR)
Bachelor's Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination.
And the other as the main subject plus a recognized Diploma / Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or...
Two years experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central / State Government offices including Government of India Undertaking.

02) Assistant Security Officer-A

Pay / Salary:
Pay: ₹ 35,400/-
(Cell No. 1 in the Level 6 of Pay Matrix)
Plus DA & other allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees.
Minimum Qualification:
Direct Recruits: Graduate from a recognized University
For Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police, and Ex-Central Para Military Personnel:
Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience:
Not below Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent.
OR
Having five years experience as Non-Commissioned Officer or equivalent.
Age Limit:
(As on the closing date of submission of applications:
18-27 years.
For Ex-servicemen and Ex-constables:
Shall be eligible to apply only within three years of discharge or retirement from the Armed Forces or Police.
Security Guard

Minimum Qualification:
Direct Recruits: 10th standard pass
For Ex-servicemen, Ex-Police & Ex-Central Para Military Personnel:
10th standard pass or equivalent central Para Military Personnel 10th standard pass or equivalent certificate from Armed Forces.
Age Limit:

18-27 years.
Ex-servicemen and Ex-constables:
Shall be eligible to apply only within three years of discharge.

Retirement from the Armed Forces or the Police

The following candidates are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
1) Candidates belonging to SC/ST
2) Ex-Servicemen
3) Persons with a physical disability
04) Women candidates.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
For SC/ST/OBC Candidates:
The upper age limit indicated will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to the creamy layer, only in respect of reserved posts. SC/ST/OBC Certificates should be per the prescribed format for employment in the Government of India.
Age relaxation is not applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for Unreserved posts.
Departmental candidates:
Age relaxation for departmental candidates will be considered as per the rules in vogue.

SC: 40 years
ST: 40 years
OBC: 38 years
Appointment and Placement:
The posts advertised are meant for various constituent units of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) all over India. Hence, after the preparation of select panels (both main list and wait-for lists), category-wise, the selected candidate may be offered employment in any of the constituent units of DAE, which need to be noted by the candidates.
Thus, the candidates are liable to serve in any of the constituent units of DAE and anywhere in India. In so far as Assistant Security Officer-A and Security Guards, apportioned to AMD are concerned, being a field-oriented organization, they may be posted to field areas.
Hence, they should be prepared and must be willing to bear the arduous conditions of field life, which involve living in tents or in improvised field accommodations. They should be physically and mentally strong enough to withstand all the rigors and hazards of field life.
