Skill Required:
Solid understanding of Middleware applications servers including Jboss, Apache, Tomcat , WebSphere etc.. Understanding of Cloud technologies and architectures
Experience working with html/web-based technologies and the monitoring of it via available monitoring tools.
Troubleshooting of the issues and coordination with vendors for resolution.
Experience in Disaster Recovery planning, documentation, implementation, and periodic testing.
24x7 availability for production issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Description:
Middleware Administrator and Automation Engineer to support and enhance digital banking application monitoring and performance systems.
Candidate will be part of production assurance team having extensive monitoring and support experience in Digital Banking Applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding of Entire Digital Application Landscape.
Contribute in maintaining the System uptime by proactive application and infrastructure monitoring for digital banking applications.
Contribute in network and systems monitoring, database monitoring, synthetic transaction monitoring, and application performance analysis.
Identify key performance metrics and convert them into various dashboards and encourage the team use them effectively.
Analyze existing monitoring tools, identify missing monitoring for important application transactions.
Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders for New monitoring requirement and get them implemented before project goes live.
Will be responsible for the 24x7 availability of the monitoring infrastructure as part of an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities also includes maintaining and developing automation scripts, providing tier 3 troubleshooting and restoration of services, enabling additional monitoring capabilities for the infrastructure and applications based on the project requirements.
Enable automation for service maintenance and patch deployment •
Understanding on Incident, change and release management.
Involve in Continuous improvement program to stabilize the digital banking applications.
