About the Company in brief:
"Solar Energy Corporation of India ltd" (SECI) is a CPSU under the administrative control of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), set up on 20th Sept 2011 to facilitate the implementation of NSM and achievement of targets set therein.
It is the only CPSU dedicated to the solar energy sector. It was originally incorporated as a section-25 (not-for-profit) company under the Companies Act, of 1956.

01) YP (Hydrogen Energy)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/ Institute.
Experience:
3 years of post-qualification work experience in the Fertilizer or Natural Gas industry or 2 years post-qualification experience in the Hydrogen/ Ammonia production field.
Age Limit:
30 years
02) YP (EV-charging Station)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics / Automobile Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/ Institute
Experience:
3 years of post-qualification work experience in an Automotive/ Battery Storage industry/ RE Sector or 2 years post-qualification experience in the EV Sector.
Age Limit:
30 years

03) YP (Battery Energy Storage)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience:
3 years of post-qualification work experience in the Battery Storage industry.
Age Limit:
30 years
04) YP (Rooftop Solar)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience:
Candidate should have a minimum of 03 years of post-qualification on-field experience in the design & installation/ actual commissioning of Solar rooftop projects.
Age Limit:
30 years
05) YP (Business Development)
Education Qualification:
BE/B. Tech/M.Tech and 02 years MBA/PG Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing /International Business/ Power Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute
Experience:
2 years of post-qualification experience in the Power / Renewable sector.

06) YP (Finance)
Education Qualification:
CA / CMA / 2 years MBA with Specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized universities/ Institutes.
Experience:
Candidate should have 1 to 2-year post qualification inline executive experience in an organization of repute.
Age Limit:
30 years
07) YP (Legal)
Education Qualification:
Essential – (i) Graduate with 3 years LL.B or 5 years LLB integrated recognized by the Bar Council of India. (ii) Qualified to be registered as an advocate in any State Bar Council in India in terms of the Advocates Act, 1961.
Desirable – (i) Masters of Law
(ii) Specialization in Regulatory Laws including Power Sector Laws, Corporate Law, Contractual Laws, Arbitrations
Experience:
Candidate should have minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in legal work, in Supreme Court/ High Court / or any other Court/ Government / or Regulatory Authority/ Tribunal or any similar forum;
Or,
Candidate should have a minimum of 03 years of post-qualification experience in an executive position in the corporate sector having experience in handling power sector matters/ corporate issues/ contractual and arbitration issues.
Age Limit:
30 years
08) YP (InformationTechnology)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering or MCA with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience:
Candidate should have minimum 03 years of post-qualification eexperience in executive position in management of IT hardware/ software/ cloud & network infrastructure/ IT systems & network device (server, router, switch, UTM/ Firewall) administration/ application development/ implementation & maintenance/ cyber security/ SAP / ERP/ IT/OT systems & application audit/ VAPT.
Age Limit:
30 years

09) YP (Project Financing)
Education Qualification:
2 years MBA with Specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized universities/ Institutes.
Experience:
3 years of post-qualification work experience handling project financing. Preference will be given to the project financing experience in Renewable Energy Projects.
Age Limit:
30 years
10) YP (Renewable Energy)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Renewable Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience:
3 years of post-qualification work experience in the Renewable Energy Sector / new technologies in the renewable sector.
Age Limit:
30 years
11) YP (Merchant Trading)
Education Qualification:
Degree in Electrical/Power/Power Systems with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/Institutes
Experience:
3 Years post qualification work experience in Power trading or 2 years of work experience in power trading in power exchange.
Age Limit:
30 years
12) YP (New Technologies)
Education Qualification:
2 years MBA with Specialization in Marketing with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized universities/ Institutes.
Experience:
Candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of post-qualification work experience in new technologies in the renewable sector.
Age Limit:
30 years

Remuneration:
The remuneration to these Professionals is proposed to be a consolidated fixed amount...
Rs. 70,000/- per month for the first year,
Rs. 75,000/- per month for the second year,
Rs. 80,000/- per month for the third year, for candidates who opt for three-year induction.
The consolidated remuneration will be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
No allowances such as Dearness Allowance.
House Rent Allowance, Residential Telephone.
CGHS, Medical Reimbursements, etc. are admissible.
Payment:
The payment will be released by SECI after the completion of the month based on the biometric attendance registered by the Young Professional.
Leave:
The Young Professionals shall be eligible for 12 days of leave for an induction period of one year on a pro-rata basis.
Therefore, he/she shall not draw any remuneration in case of his/her absence beyond 12 days in a year (calculated on a pro-rata basis).
Also, un-availed leaves in a calendar year cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year.
This company would be free to terminate the contract in case of the absence of a Young Professional by more than 15 days without prior intimation beyond the entitled leave in a calendar year.
Age:
Not exceeding 30 years on the date of closing of advertisement.
Selection Process:
Approval of the Board of SECI for the engagement of consultants.
Scrutinized and Shortlisting.
The shortlisted candidates shall appear for an Interview.
Admissibility of TA/DA:
No TA DA shall be admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion.
The Young Professional may require to undertake domestic tours subject to the approval of the Competent Authority and they will be allowed the following TA/DA:
